Every app is screened before it's listed and watched after. Before listing, we check the app and its developer account against known malware signatures, deceptive-behavior patterns, and the content standards in our developer terms. Once an app is live, we keep monitoring it: user reports, developer-disclosed crash and behavior data, and periodic re-review of listed apps.

A developer account tied to fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activity is suspended while we investigate, and removed outright where the activity is confirmed. If you spot something that looks fraudulent, malicious, or illegal in a SwiftStore app, report it to trust@swiftstore.ai with the app name and what you saw.

Before we distribute an app, we review its name, icon, screenshots, description, and represented functionality for signs of infringement: copied assets, impersonation of another app or brand, or use of trademarks the developer doesn't hold rights to. As part of our developer terms, every developer attests they own or are licensed to use everything they submit. An app flagged during this review is held back from distribution until the concern is resolved.

Developers, users, Apple, and rights holders can notify us of a suspected IP infringement in the SwiftStore marketplace app or in any app it distributes. Email ip@swiftstore.ai with:

• The work you believe is being infringed, and evidence you hold rights to it.
• The specific app and material you believe infringes it.
• Your contact details and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.

We review every notice and act expeditiously: where a claim is well-founded, we remove or disable access to the disputed content while we investigate further, typically within a few business days. A developer who disagrees with a removal can send us a counter-notice explaining why the use is authorized or otherwise lawful, and we'll review it.

We track infringement by developer, not just by app. A developer gets one warning on a first substantiated complaint. A further substantiated complaint results in the offending app being removed. A developer with a pattern of infringing content is removed from SwiftStore entirely and may not distribute through us again.

Governments, courts, Apple, and other parties can ask us to remove an app on the grounds that it's illegal, infringes IP, or breaks our own terms. Send removal requests to legal@swiftstore.ai with the legal basis for the request and the specific app it concerns.

We review each request against the law it invokes and our own terms. Where a request is valid, we remove or disable access to the app, restricting the takedown to the requesting jurisdiction where that's what the law requires and the app is otherwise lawful elsewhere. Where a request looks unfounded or broader than the law allows, we push back, to the extent we're permitted to. Where the law allows it, we let the affected developer know a request was made.
