Privacy Policy

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter and a rough country, which we read from your browser's region settings. We use it to email you once SwiftStore reaches your area, and nothing else.

We keep one cookie, ss_country, which remembers your region so the page can show the right install option. It is not a tracking cookie, and we do not run third-party analytics or ad networks on this site.

If you create a SwiftStore account, we store the email address and password you sign up with, held by our authentication provider, and nothing more, no name, address, or payment details are required to create one. We use this data only to sign you in and show you your account page.

Apps marked "SwiftStore Certified" run their AI on your device. Their content does not pass through us, and SwiftStore cannot see what you do inside them. Each app has its own developer and its own privacy practices. We require every developer to disclose theirs as part of our developer terms, and we publish that disclosure on the app's page.

Installation uses Apple's alternative-distribution flow. When you tap install, your device asks our server for a short-lived, signed token and then completes the install through iOS. We do not receive your Apple account details in that exchange.

Under the GDPR, you can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything in it that's wrong.
• Delete your waitlist entry or your account entirely.
• Stop emailing you, without affecting anything else.

Email privacy@swiftstore.ai and we'll act on it within 30 days, as the GDPR requires. There's no fee, and you don't need an existing account to ask what we hold on your waitlist entry.

The data controller is Splitfire AB, Sweden. If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
