SwiftStore is an alternative app marketplace for iOS, operated by Splitfire AB. It is available on iPhones running iOS 17.4 or later in the European Union, where Apple permits alternative distribution. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.

Apps on SwiftStore are made by independent developers, not by us. We only distribute apps that meet our published developer terms, which cover content standards and business model disclosure, and we verify on-device claims for certified apps. Even so, each app remains the responsibility of its developer, including its content, updates, and support. Your use of an app is also subject to that developer's own terms.

Some apps are free and some are paid. Paid purchases are handled through Apple's alternative-distribution payment flow. Refunds for a paid app are arranged with its developer, subject to the rules of that flow.

Do not use SwiftStore to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to redistribute apps in ways their developers have not allowed. We can suspend access that does these things.

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep the catalog accurate and the marketplace running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Splitfire AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms, and we will change the date at the top when we do. The terms are governed by Swedish law, with the courts of Sweden having jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
